“Created with vision, drawn by hand, shaped with strength, and influenced by nature.” I was introduced to the creative process of metal sculpture in 2008. The idea of taking a plain piece of metal, cutting, bending, welding, and shaping it into a sculpture was something that I was excited by and immediately drawn to. I find building and designing metal artwork and sculptures is extremely rewarding. Not only do I get to use my imagination to create, I get to use my hands to build. Being a metal artist allows me the freedom to express who I am, transforming thoughts to sculpture, all while using the beauty of Southeast Alaska as inspiration. Each piece starts with the creation an original design which I draw onto the metal using chalk. I then cut the design out by hand, using a plasma cutter and finish using hammers, chisels, and grinders. Many hours go into my work and each piece is a labor of love. I hope you enjoy!
All items are hand crafted one of a kind art pieces.
I love my customers, so feel free to set up an in person meeting!
